Kuuseheki residential area is finally completed

Kuuseheki residential area in Saue with 144 apartments with category A energy rating was finally completed and real estate development company Estmak Capital handed over the last home to its new owner at the end of August.

“The new residential area is mainly inhabited by young families, half of whom moved there from outside Saue.” They decided in favour of Saue due to its green areas, peaceful living environment, fast direct connection to Tallinn and the close proximity of a kindergarten, school and a number of other services,” said Timofey Sukonkin, Chairman of the Management Board of Estmak Capital. At the end of last year, a new highway leading to Laagri was linked to Kuuseheki Street with an illuminated cycle and pedestrian track, making it even more convenient for the new residents to get around.

Kuuseheki residential area includes three new three-storey apartment buildings, the last of which was completed at the end of August. Each building has 48 apartments that were built to the new category A energy rating standards. To cut energy costs, solar panels were installed on the roofs of the buildings and the open car park was fitted with charging points for electric cars.

A safe and illuminated courtyard with a large playground was created for children

The new homes in Saue proved very popular among apartment hunters. Even in the very last building, all the apartments sold out more than six months before completion. According to Sukonkin, Saue is a developing and growing yet tranquil town just a 15-minute drive from the capital. At the same time, an apartment with a category A energy rating costs 25-30% less in Saue than in Tallinn.

Estmak Capital started to design Kuuseheki residential area in 2016 and construction on the first building commenced at the end of 2017. The first residents moved into their new home in February 2019. All three buildings were constructed by Nordecon AS.

“Even though the situation in the global market made the construction more expensive for the developer, all home buyers received their apartments at the agreed price and by the promised deadline,” said the CEO of Estmak Capital.
